Fika

There is no fika in the United States. There is no 4 o'clock Tea. Or 5 o'clock Tea, or even 3 o'clock Tea. There isn't anything that resembles siesta. There isn't enough sanctioned, acceptable, perfectly purposeful pause in the United States.
